Law Commission consultation on right to sue Public Bodies

This is described on the Law Commission Website as “A project to review the law in relation to redress from public bodies for substandard administrative action”.
To read the quick summary click here.  The Law Commission is seeking the views of all interested parties. Any comments have to be in by 7th November 2008, so it is important that you put forward your views.
ACAL have their annual general meeting on 13th October. We will be discuss our proposed course of action then, and further postings on the site will take place then.
