Home Affairs Select Committee report published on Haloween
There is hardly enough space to summarise adequately the contents of this report. Better to look at our press release and the House of Commons own release. It represents a natural democratic airing of backlash by those who allege injustice. Without at all linking those who abused in the past and the alleged wrongfully convicted of the present, there are uncomfortable parallels with the way complaints were silenced when the abuse was committed many years ago. Let us hope that justice for those who want to disclose today is not impinged.
