| Childcare court fees may be scrapped |
| We would like to think that our campaign has been successful. We are not alone, however in campaigning for a reduction in care proceedings fees.
The government has announced that a review, to be carried out by Francis Plowden, a member of the Judicial Appointments Commission, could lead to the ending of fees for public law childcare applications. The Ministry of Justice said it would act on Plowden’s recommendations due this autumn.......read
