| Council sued over Council abuse claims |
 Sixty men who claim they were abused at a care home in the 1970s are taking legal action against Birmingham City Council, the BBC has learnt. The joint action is to be brought by men who say they suffered abuse as boys at the Tennal Assessment Centre in Harborne. Richard Scorer is quoted.......read
