LITIGATION: ACTING ON BEHALF OF ADULTS ABUSED IN CHILDHOOD

LEGAL UPDATE AND PRACTITIONER'S WORKSHOP

This course is designed to provide a combination of an update on the law over the last 12 months with practical workshop training on real live problems the practitioner is likely to encounter when dealing with child abuse cases. There will also be an opportunity to discuss real problems being encountered in practise with others.

All members of the ACAL Referral Panel must attend one of these lectures.

Each course carries 6 Continuing Professional Development points.
