Brantridge Boarding School

We have a claim against Brantridge Boarding School, Ditton place Balcome, Sussex. Our client was abused by a Robin Carter who has been convicted. The school was owned by Greenwhich Borough Council. Our client was abused from around 1994 to 1995 when our client was aged 9/10 years old. Robin Cater started off by walking into the shower room where he used to watch our client take a shower. Robin Carter would also watch our client whilst he was having a bath. Robin Carter starting touching our client one day when he was in his dormitory and fondled his genitals. Robin Carter also injected his hand into our client's anus. The abuse continued for around a year and a half. Robin Carter was given a 9 year sentence at Lewes Crown Court in March 2017 for offences against our client.
