Pilkington House,

There were about 45 boys and girls at Pilkington House of all ages. A member of staff, who was having sex with one of the resident. The staff member was a violent man, other staff were later convicted as paedophiles for mental abuse. Other members of staff had been employed at North Wales children’s homes investigated for abuse.
